Orders & shipping
Orders are released only after batch QC clears. Cold-chain shipments are tracked end-to-end; if a temperature sentinel is broken on receipt, contact us within 48 hours for replacement.
Returns
Due to the nature of biological products, returns are accepted only for unopened, untampered cold-chain-intact packages within 14 days of receipt.
